My partner and I just decided to take the leap into the Toronto condo market to purchase our first (owned) home. Toronto is a daunting market, requiring a lot of on the spot decision making which is really challenging for first timers. Paul was incredibly hard working, helped us build a stellar team to work the process, extremely responsive and overall really listened and learned who Dan & I were. He really spent the time to get to know us as people, what our deal-breakers were (even if we didn't know what they were!) and perhaps most importantly coached us through some extremely difficult negotiations. Paul was the first and only real estate agent I had worked with in Canada. Last year I moved to Toronto and wasn’t familiar with the local real estate landscape and wasn’t sure where I wanted to live. Paul Stavropoulos was a great resource and help as our needs changed a few times and he was more than accommodating for us to find our perfect home. He always put in the extra effort as we don't have a car so he always came to us for meetings and was flexible with our varying work schedules.
